The Dodge 11th annual VolleyPalooza, presented by CBS Television Channel 4 (WFOR), Ocean Drive Magazine, and UPN Television Channel 33 (WBFS), was held February 21-22, 2004 on the beach at Ocean Drive near 8th Street. The tournament featured fabulous volleyball played by some of the best looking models in the industry. It was also an overall weekend of fun, with an incredible line-up of other activities.

If you're not familiar with VolleyPalooza, please read below to find out about the tournament. VolleyPalooza is an annual beach volleyball tournament held in South Beach (Florida), and is unlike any other volleyball tournament anywhere. It is held on the beautiful sandy beach directly across from world famous Ocean Drive (around 8th Street), with the ultra hip Art Deco hotels and restaurants on one side, and the brilliant blue Atlantic Ocean on the other. All of the teams are made up of male and female models from the many South Beach modeling agencies. The six person teams must have an equal number of male and female players. The players look fabulous, and many are extremely good beach volleyball players.
Spectator grandstands are erected, and a huge "VolleyPalooza central" stage is situated just away from the volleyball. Well known South Beach local (and serious volleyball player himself) Rick Delgado is master of ceremonies, keeping the teams and fans organized, informed, and having a major dose of fun in the sun. Celebrities such as Jamie Foxx, Bill Bellamy, Tommy Davidson, and "Downtown" Julie Brown have participated, and many other celebrities such as Taylor Dayne, Anna Kournikova, Steven Seagal, and Jon Secada have been seen at the event. Supporting events have included concerts by Mya, soulDecision, 'N Sync and Third Eye Blind, as well as exhibition volleyball games by the Playboy X-treme team.
VolleyPalooza is all about superb beach volleyball, played by some of the most beautiful models in the business, taking place on the sexiest beach on the planet, with some of the most incredible supporting events anywhere.
